| This seminar analiyes différent situations with difficulties for teachers and students, teachers in the future. This seminar explains differents means to prevent and to manage these situations. In this seminar we will present different experiences and organize debates and analysis of practices. References to pedagogical and sociological theory in others courses. |

- To show the complexity of this situations
- To specify the role of each peaople
- To specify the role of the teacher
- To Identify indicators and means to previous and manage difficult situations
- To understand situations, to give exemples and to analyze the example
- To analyze situation and to purtpose solutions, to evaluate
- To precise my representation and to situate pmy practice
- To apply information from the seminar at cases anlysis and roleplay or video

| The teaching methods and learning activities are:
- to define situations, to present examples and analyze the examples
- to analyze information and research information in the suport and from experiences. Listening portfolio, Debates (in small groups). Presentation of teachers, videos analysis
Role plays (creativity, production) and analysis
Write one individual report of seminar

| This seminar is organized at the 2° semeser in small groups (30 students max.). Each group participates in three session of 3 hours, write a report and an application work, assist at two conferences |
