Course contents :  
This course is a continuation of the fundamental course on Property law teached in the third year of the LLB. It is covering the following topics: co-ownership of appartements buildings, the main legal easements, suface right and emphyteosis.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The course not only aims at acquiring supplementary knowledge in the law of Property, but above all at implementing basic principles studied previously in order to develop search and analysis skills.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Law of property, 3 Bac.

Ex cathedra lessons. Two lessons/week, second semester.
