- Soil degradation: defintitions and theme analysis
- Erosion (seminars)
- Soil conservation methods

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

To know the basis of land evaluation and be able to identify the soil resources according to their potentialities, constraints for specific uses and sensibility to major threats.
Understand soil conservation methods.
