This seminar will alternate theoretical sessions (lectures, conferences) and personal work carried out by the students using original prints from the Wittert museum. It is therefore also an introduction to the study of Old Master prints.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course alternates between lectures and conferences on the one hand, and exercises carried out by students (including public oral presentations and written work) on the other. Student attendance and active participation are therefore essential. Students will be asked to report on personal research and reading as the seminar progresses and in the examination.
