Learning outcomes of the course :

| The main objective of the course constitutes to provide students with cases and materials and comparative literature, which should allow them to discover and appreciate the main differences and similarities between German, French and Dutch private law in comparison with the common law of England in the light of harmonisation of European tort law. |
