Learning unit contents

This practical work is divided into swimming lessons and "terrestrial" sports classes. The goal is to offer the student the widest possible driving experience. Swimming includes continuing to learn swimming techniques as well as learning life-saving techniques. "Land" sports include the practice of various group and individual sports as well as fitness training sessions aimed at improving physical fitness, guided exercises as well as a basic building muscle building element approach.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

The student will have to demonstrate: * ability to learn and master new motor skills * its ability to move autonomously and under control in the aquatic environment * mastery of basic pool rescue techniques * ability to design, manage and supervise a group gymnastics session. * to correctly realize and direct a movement of bodybuilding by being able to quote the main muscle groups solicited and the criteria of execution

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

Elementary swimming is necessary.

The student assessment integrates the following elements:
Performance and evolution in physical tests
Instructional note for the exercises
Evaluation in the weight room (perform and correct a muscular exercise + performance criteria and muscle groups)
Performance and progression in swimming
Performance in rescue
Motivation, participation and attendance
Presence at the theoretical presentation of cereki and / or observation of cereki activities.
