Specific objectives for the neonatology rotation:
Physical examination of the newborn. Warning signs. Jaundice. Prevention medicine. Neonatal feeding. Prematurity, associated diseases and sequelae. Respiratory distress. Early and late sepsis.

Assessment methods and criteria

At the end of the first month of internship, the student will report on a patient followed during the internship to one of the professors in pediatrics.
The examination will cover all aspects of patient history, semiology, differential diagnosis, patho-physiology, complementary examinations and treatment.
