- Biomarker definition - Analytical technics for proteomic studies - Sample preparation for proteomic studies - Discovery and validation of new diagnostic biomarkers - Bioinformatic tools for biomarker discovery - Use of proteomic to study the follow-up and the response to treatment - Use of proteomic during drug discovery
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Learn about proteomic tools for diagnostic, pronostic and disease follow-up. Place of the pharmacist in this translational approach.
