Learning unit contents

This course offers students the opportunity to discover tools and concepts developed and used by associations and groups active in the field of emancipation and support for racialized persons, women and sexual minorities.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

At the end of the course, students will be able to identify the emancipation issues that arise in their workplace or in their associative activities, direct the persons concerned to the most appropriate organizations and propose solutions.
Students will also be able to analyse and report on the situations taking into accournt their sociological and historical dimensions.

No prerequisites.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course will take place in two times. During 3 consecutives days (February 6th, 7th & 8th 2023), will take place training where the theoritical and practical tools will be presented in collaboration with associations. On May 8th, will take place the second time of the course, during a closing day where students will present their work.

Face-to-face. Theoretical course and group work.

Additional information:

Students will realize a written work by deeping a theme approached during the course. Formation will end on a day of presentation of the works.
