methods of work analysis - practice of these methods  in real work situation

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

The course focuses on a set of techniques that allow the psychologist, the ergonomist or researcher to analyze situations, tasks and activities of workers. We present a range of techniques (observation, interview, questionnaire, simulation, technical verbal protocols. ..) in the same format: purpose, theoretical framework, equipment, procedure, treatment, benefits, limitations and application examples.
An application of these techniques will be done by the student in the real work situation. The nature of this application could be adapted regarding the evolution of the covid crisis.
