Recommended or required readings

The rules are mentioned in the intership guide available on GxABT intranet.
The score is composed of :

  • technical part (40%)
  • evaluation of soft skills (40%)
  • company structure (20%)
The final score will be the weighted average of the aforementioned parts. With a strong deficit in one of those parts, the final score will correspond to the lowest score obtained in these 3 parts. If a strong deficit appears, a feedback will be given about the modalities of evaluation for a second session by the internship coordinator based on the comments given by the supervisor and intership lead. These modalities could be related to the realization of a new internship.
Yellow or orange code: the evaluation stays the same.
