Learning unit contents

Our intention is to provide you with conceptual keys in order to be able to observe and understand organizations, their functioning in its complexity, their internal structures and their environment, as well as the interactions and power games (cooperation and tensions) that take place there. .
More generally, the analysis of organizations concerns the study of the different modes of functioning of organized human groups (companies, markets, associations, etc.). The understanding of these human groups must take into account their complexity and their environment. The concepts and methods of analysis that will be seen in the course will aim to raise students' awareness of their ability to listen and observe the realities of the world of work.

In the first session:

Personal work to be submitted by January 8 at 11:59 p.m. at the latest, exclusively via the dedicated page on the ECampus platform. Strict limit.

Personal work of 2 pages: critical note of the answer formulated by ChatGPT to a question relating to one of the concepts of the course, formulated by the students.

Evaluation criteria: the originality of the question; the critical look brought to the short answer formulated by ChatGPT.

Additional explanations:

50% of the mark for group work (assessment criteria: oral presentation + PowerPoint type support to be submitted on ECAMPUS)

50% of the mark for personal work

In the second session:

Submission of a personal work by August 20, 11:59 p.m. at the latest, mobilizing the theoretical notions and concepts that were lacking in the first session (mobilization of 3 texts from the reading portfolio).
