Workshop based on cardiac anatomy- Pierre BONNET 

Polytraumatized

This course covers the acute management of the severely traumatized patient from the site of the extra-hospital trauma to the emergency department of the destination hospital. The management of the traumatized patient respects the ABCDE structure. Vital lesions are approached as they are discovered and must be managed before moving on to the next ones. Are addressed: - facial trauma and airway as well as alternative techniques to conventional intubation in case of difficult airway in the traumatized. - thoracic traumas. - hemorrhagic traumas. - cranial and cervical trauma. The concepts of security management, communication, and information transmission are abdicated.

Partim II : Review of human heart anatomy trough sketches performed in auditorium, fellowed by a pig heart dissection in the dissecting theatre

- Safety management in extra hospital intervention - Work according to the ABCDE universal structure - Distinguish critical / non-critical patient - Apply the dammage control resuscitation measures - Master the lethal triad and golden hour concepts - Ensure the quality of the team's communication - Ensure the quality of the transmission of information
