Presentation
|
The object of this training is to confer an advanced master in urology to a doctor, that is to say : to acknowledge him as beeing able to perfectly master all the genito-urinary pathologies.
During the training, the candidate will divided his time into the consulting room, the operating theatre, the hospital ward, the library and the teaching. He will be helped during all his training. The patients will be entrusted to him with gradual difficulties, to get, at the end, a complete training that will allow him to practice the focus alone and safety.He will take part in all the scientific activities of the service and will present a final thesis during the last year of the training.

Duration
|
- Six years of study : two years of basic training (FUS) and four years of specialised training.
- Compulsory division for FNRS representatives or those with an equivalent mandate.
- The first 2 years of the Complementary Masters in urology correspond to the first three years of the Complementary Masters in surgery.Every year, students are required to comply with the respective conditions of these two Complementary Masters both as regards classes and the assessment examination.
