Learning unit contents

The computer graphics course aims to provide and/or improve basic knowledge of the use of software from the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop - Illustrator - InDesign.

These basic skills will enable students to produce various graphic documents and retouch/compose images with the aim of communicating information useful for understanding various landscape projects.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

At the end of this module, students will be able to :

  • colourise a shot,
  • retouch an image,
  • reproduce a simple drawing,
  • design a visual identity for landscape architecture,
  • promote their projects using a structured, aesthetic layout within a limited timeframe in line with the current needs of companies and design offices.

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

Handling the MS Windows 10 or higher operating system; file management on MS Windows.

Teaching, demonstrations and problem situations.

All work must be submitted exclusively via eCampus. Files received by e-mail will not be taken into account for assessment purposes. If the size of the files exceeds the size allowed on the eCampus system, specific instructions will be given either to all students or on a case-by-case basis.

Students must attend at least 70% of classes in order to pass the course. In the event of too many absences, the course will not be credited and an exclusion mark will automatically be applied. Attendance cannot be made up in the second session.
