Learning unit contents

This course describes the pharmacologie of the various therapeutic classes of drugs (pathophysiology of the disease, drug classification, mechanisms of action, unwanted effects and interactions).

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

At the end of this course, the students are supposed to master all knowledge needed to understant medical therapeutics. In addition, a precise knowledge of drug classification and of the specifics of the most important drugs is required.

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

Notions of general pharmacology, physiology and pathophysiology.

Written exam consisting of two general questions, two short questions and a multiple choice questionnaire.
 
The exam may be organized online (following similar format). Ths will depend on the evolution of the sanitary context.
